TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS: All shipments are on prepaid basis (check, Visa, or Master Card only). Open accounts are available only after five shipments and upon approval on "Three Star’s Credit Application Form.” There is a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.

ORDERS: Minimum Order: $100.00 on UPS or Pickup orders, and $500.00 on Truck shipments. We are NOT responsible for any damage on cabinets and furniture shipped from our warehouse unless a 5% insurance fee is paid prior to shipping. The minimum order for all items under $20.00 is 2 pieces.

Prepaid orders will receive the following discounts:

 

$1000.00 & UP:

5% Discount

 

$2000.00 & UP:

10% Discount

 

$5000.00 & UP:

15% Discount

 

Larger discounts are available for larger orders.

PRICING: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. To avoid any confusion, please confirm all prices on each repeat order. Also ask us for any specials or discontinued items’ discounts. If the item number does not appear on this price list, it is discontinued.

QUALITY: Since most our lines’ merchandise are hand-made items, some imperfections in the glass or ceramic pieces are normal and are not considered damages or defects.

RETURNS: You may return items for exchange only within 15 days of the invoice date at your cost. You must call first to obtain prior approval before shipping the item. THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE THAT WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS.

COMPLAINTS: Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must obtain the shipping company’s driver’s signature in case of any visible damage to the pallets or boxes you received.  We must be notified by you through an email within 3 days from the date you accepted the shipment if there is any problem to claim. We assume no responsibility for any damage or shortage on shipments after 3 days from the date you received it.
